Listbuilding.com Business Marketing Online Success Report!

A reminder - I'll be coming at you once a week with some motivation, some updates, news from Listbuilding.com, and a dose of online success tips (and of course a good old dose of Vermont-Style motivation!).
This week I am writing to you from beautiful western Pennsylvania and so far I have already run 348.7 miles and climbing (that's like 15 marathons already)
...I'm feeling good and kicking butt and a BIG "Thank You" for your support and thanks to everyone who has donated or commented on RunTellmanRun.com - I appreciate your support and it keeps going every day so keep it coming....
I wanted to kick off today's newsletter talking about TIMING....
Its been said that timing is the difference between lettuce and garbage is timing and I agree...I can't tell you how many times I have heard people say "I'll start when..."
A busy time of year is coming soon with the Holidays (Halloween, Christmas, New Years, etc) and you may be thinking to your self...
"I'll just wait till after the holidays to..."
put that squeeze page up,
set up that joint venture,
do a teleseminar,
put up my blog,
whatever....it doesn't matter what you are meaning to do - all that matters is what you actually do (Dan Kennedy says "You only get paid for DONE.!").
The TIMING will never be right, the timing will never be ideal, the conditions will never be pristine...
When I got started with my internet business I was flat broke, lived in an apartment with a bunch of roommates, had a computer that barely worked, and barely had any time to make this whole 'internet thing' happen.
I was driven by a desire escape my circumstances and make the vision of my life a reality....the timing will never be any better than now my friend....
I encourage you to take massive, focused action and do something EVERY DAY - do something TODAY to move your internet business one step forward...
Don't let a day go by where you don't take action. Adopt the belief that 'there is no tomorrow, only today!'
Do at least one thing every day for the next 21 days and tell me what happens my friend. (I have a strong feeling that you will be markedly closer to your goals). Tell me your feedback by shooting an e-mail to feedback@listbuilding.com

P.S. - Some days I wake up for my 'Run Across The Country" and I don't feel like running that day but I know that the time is NOW for me to hit the ground running whether I 'feel like it' or not. I have people relying on me, people counting on me, and watching my progress.... I am seizing the day every single day and I hope you do too!

'BIG' Marketing Idea For The Week
Today my Marketing Manager Kyle Battis will be coming at you with an article on "Massive Focused Action' and how it can help you grow your internet business.
I have seen a common trend meeting, working with, and studying successful marketers. Today alone I talked to Tellman Knudson, saw a video from Frank Kern where he revealed something you may not have know about him, talked to two different information marketers about what they were doing today, and one thing struck me.
These guys are extremely successful, are all millionaires or multimillionaires, and a key factor that I KNOW that they all have in common is that they all take Massive Focused Action every day.
I do know some internet entrepreneurs that do kick back and make an easy six figures and never really work hard but the guys that I am referring to get extraordinary results because they put in extraordinary efforts -- a.k.a. Massive Focused Action.
The most successful people I have seen take massive action every day. The manage their time well, focus on what's important and get the stuff that's not important off their plates...
So, as I started writing this article (I have 15 minutes allotted for writing this article at the end of my day) I want to reflect back and show you just some of the things I did today -- my Massive Focused Action for today:
The Massive Focused Action I Did Today:
- did an hour of cardio at the gym and read two different marketing newsletters
- wrote out 'To Do List' for today
- wrote an affiliate broadcast e-mail and sent it to over 500 hundred affiliates asking them to promote a new product
- called up and e-mailed 10 different high power affiliates and convinced 6 of them to mail today (this will easily pull in hundreds of new customers)
- set up two different cross promotions with joint venture partners that will make a lot of money and generate some new e-mail subscribers
- wrote THIS ARTICLE for this newsletter in 15 minutes
- responded to 5 customers who had product questions
- worked with a tech guy to get a new sales system set up and ready to launch by end of day (hopefully!)
- checked in on a different sales system that we are developing so we can promote it starting in a couple days
- took a break and walked around the neighborhood with my English Bullddog Noble while listening to Psycho Cybernetics by Dr. Maxwell Maltz
- worked with copywriters on two different sales letters for new sales system
- modified two different download pages to make them more profitable (put an offer on our download pages for another product)
- called four different marketers and scheduled teleseminar interviews with them and Tellman for a new product we are creating
- listened to an audio interview and wrote sales copy for it to make a new content piece for a niche membership site
- coordinated with programmers on a new membership site update that will make our current members raving fans!
- identified a HOT keyword topic being searched for and set up a Google Adwords traffic to a test landing page to see how it converts
- reached out to a new affiliate for one of our niche sites
- wrote down notes on plan for tomorrow
- heading down to the gym to lift weights and enjoy the evening with my wife (I think we are going to order some Sushi and watch a movie)
Three Tips To Take More M.F.A.
1. Know What Your Ideal Outcomes Are, Set Goals, and Identify most profitable activities and focus on those
2. Eliminate distractions and stay focused on what matters most
3. Work to a schedule and tackle the most important elements on your list everyday.
Remember, if you want to be successful you must do what successful people do (its called Modeling). Successful people take MFA every day and I hope that you take Massive Focused Action and don't let anything get in your way.
Ask yourself right now, what are the most profitable things you could do today to move your online business forward? What existing model of online success can you model? What can you do today to drive more traffic to your site? What can you do to improve conversions? What upsells can you put in place? What are some new ways that you can add new revenue streams to your online business? Answer these questions and then get to work!
