This is the exact list building and moneymaking recipe I followed when I first got started and allowed me to build an email list of over 5,000 people in less than 12 weeks starting from scratch. Just like baking a cake, you want to follow the recipe so you can cash in on this model too. The first few times you use this teleseminar listbuilding model I want you to model success and implement the proven 13-step My First Teleseminar list building and moneymaking recipe exactly as I lay it out. So here's a quick outline of the 13 steps and here is a picture of the model below: The 13 Step Teleseminar Listbuilding 'Recipe' For Success… Step 1 is hot market selection. You have to start off with a hot target market. A group of people that 'like it, love it, and want some more of it.' (a quote from my buddy Joshua Shafron). You need a starving crowd who will gobble up the information and value that you will be delivering to them… Step 2 is understand the problems, hopes and desires of your market. What problems does your market have? What hopes and desires do they have? What needs can you help fulfill? What can you help them overcome? How would you describe your target customer? The more you know about who your customer is the better (and if you can't describe who your customer, what they want, what their problems are, then you are in trouble and need to go back and 'do your homework. Without that info you can't possibly find them nor communicate in a way that will make them take action. Your teleseminars should be helping them solve those problems, fill those needs, and make their lives better. Step 3 is Equipping your 'Teleseminar Toolbox.' You need all these tools to run your teleseminars and the good news is that they are cheap. Number one, you have to have web hosting I recommend Host Gator. You need a bridge line (either Free or higher quality paid one). You can use the freebie www.FreeConferenceCall.com or go with a higher quality, more reliable service like Safe Teleseminar (SAFETeleseminar.com free trial). It's the best bridge line service out there in my opinion. This is the conference line your guest expert and your participants will be calling in on. You need an Autoresponder service to manage your list and your autoresponse email sequences. An autoresponder is the tool that will manage your list and that is how you will communicate with the people that sign up for your teleseminars. That's how you're going to communicate with your subscribers and your future customers. Then you need an ASKdatabase.com account. This tool will allow you to collect questions from your subscribers that you can ask your guest expert (and there is a secret ninja trick I will show you in the course on how you can make money from this BEFORE the teleseminar even happens). Step 4 is to hang up your shingle. What I mean by that is you need your domain name or sub domain to put your teleseminar system on. This is where your entire teleseminar system will go. For example, one of my old teleseminar systems resides at www.AskTheFitnessExpert.com Step 5 is Guru Hunting 101. You need to target, approach and secure your gurus - your experts. I teach how to find experts, how to spy on them and collect information, and how to approach them so they will want to work with you even though you don't have a list (yet). In the my first teleseminar trainings I give you the three expert criteria that you absolutely need to have, the eight ways to target an approach experts, and I even give you a sample script to approach them with too. Step 6 is to enlist in the expert's army. And what I mean by that is to sign up for their affiliate programming, get your affiliate link formatted. This is how you will make money -- by promoting THEIR products and services through your affiliate link. Step 7 is set up your teleseminar sub list in your autoresponder account (NinjaResponder). This is simply setting up a specific autoresponder list for your upcoming teleseminar. I recommend using single opt in for your teleseminar systems for reasons I explain in the My First Teleseminar coaching program. Step 8 is modify and upload the HTML pages. In this step you will need to upload the HTML pages for your teleseminar system. You will need a Squeeze Page, an Access Page, an ASK Page, The Affiliate Redirect Page, and a Replay Page. (I give you templates that you can use and modify in the course). Remember you need the My First Teleseminar squeeze page. Once you have your pages edited in your HTML editor you then upload your web pages using the FTP software. Step 9 is to test your system, double check all the details. That is essential. Fix anything that doesn't work, is broken or is wrong. And then have somebody else walk through the system if you can, looking at it with a fresh set of eyes. That is really key. Step 10 is putting the butts in the seat and what I mean by that is it's time to promote your teleseminar and get people to Opt In to your squeeze page and join your list so they can listen to the teleseminar. Basically, your guest expert is the one who will be mailing HIS list about your website and your teleseminar -- this is how you grow your email list. Step 11 is preparing for the calland so you've already started promoting, you're already collecting questions from your subscribers from you new subscribers, now its time to start creating the Call Outline Script. The Call Outline Script is what you and your guest are going to work off during the teleseminar so that it's super easy to follow and you don't have to be creative, you don't have to think. You just follow the script and you're going to have success. Then you're going to confirm the details with your guests. You always want to stay in constant contact with your guest expert to make sure that you're on the same page and they show up to the call on time ready to deliver some killer content. Step 12 is executing the call. This is where actually run your teleseminar, deliver massive value to your list, and make money promoting your guest expert's product or service through your affiliate link. Step 13 is replay and repurpose and maximize profit. After your teleseminar is all done and recorded there are all kinds of cool ways that you can make money from your teleseminar recording and leverage your efforts. Its real cool to get paid multiple times for doing the work once (that's leverage my friend). You can actually turn your recorded teleseminars into articles, blog posts, products that you can sell, continuity programs, and all kinds of other great ways to make more money from your efforts. This is where the real magic happens!!! The Wrap Up… So that's the 13-Step, proven 'My First Teleseminar' Recipe for Listbuilding Success. Myself and many of my students have used this exact system to build their list, deliver massive value to their list, and make money with affiliate marketing.
